Hamas claims President Donald Trump is bias in favor of Israel

The Islamist Hamas organization, which controls the Palestinians enclave, rejected allegations by President Donald Trump who defined the Palestinian group as a terrorist organization. The Islamist group, which officially calls for Israel’s destruction, said Trump’s description of the organization showed his complete bias toward Israel.
“U.S. President Trump statement concerning Hamas movement and describing it as a terror group is altering facts and it is rejected. Terrorism is the terrorism of the Israeli occupation that commits massacres and daily crimes, in addition to their crime against humanity through their siege on the Gaza Strip and their mass murder in the West Bank and Jerusalem. Therefore, this is a complete bias towards the Israeli occupation and confirms the wrong U.S political approach towards the Palestinian people and their legitimate resistance. Hamas is a national liberation Palestinian movement that defends the Palestinian people’s rights in facing the occupation’s daily crimes and violations. Terrorism is the terrorism of the occupation and this Israeli terrorism is officially supported by the U.S., in addition to the international silence towards these massacres and crimes,” Fawzi Barhoum, Hamas spokesman.
The Islamist Hamas, which has forcefully taken control of the Gaza Strip in 2006 from the Western Backed Palestinian Authority, is officially recognized by the United States, European Union and other Western powers as a terrorist organization, a fact the group has recently tried to change in its effort to gain international recognition.
