In a road accident that took place near the Jewish settlement of Otniel in the Hebron Hills, a Palestinian vehicle crashed into a car belonging to the European Union. Police spokesman Mickey Rosenfeld told TV7 that four Palestinians were killed in the incident from the Palestinian village of Ein Fawar, while no casualties were among the EU personnel. Israeli Police traffic investigators arrived at the scene of the accident and launched an investigation into the incident.
