During the June Campaign of 2025 when Israel struck Iran in Operation Rising Lion and the US added their aerial bombardment of Iran’s nuclear facilities in Operation Midnight Hammer, all parties concerned saw fit to end the campaign after twelve days.
This time, however, the declared war goals of the US-Israeli Alliance are more ambitious, and the Iranians, who have lost their supreme decision maker, are likely less able to negotiate any agreement on accepting terms for conflict termination.
