A 30-year-old woman from the Israeli-Arab town of Sakhnin was sentenced to over four years’ imprisonment for joining the Islamic State together with her husband and children. According to the indictment, Sabrin Zubeidat joined the extreme Muslim group some two years ago, with her husband and their three children, during which the husband fought in the ranks of the Islamic State while the wife worked in a hospital in the Iraqi city of Mosul.
