Second Hamas rocket attack within 24 hours

Palestinian-Islamists in Gaza fired yet another rocket toward southern Israel on Thursday, marking the second such strike in 24 hours.

Air raid sirens were sounded in the border community of Kfar Aza, where the IDF Home Front Command has instructed civilians they have just seven seconds to seek protection in bomb shelters.

The IDF Spokesperson’s Unit confirmed to TV7 that the latest missile to be launched from the Palestinian enclave into Israeli territory, which caused no reported injuries or damage, as it exploded in the air above an uninhabited area of the Negev Regional Council.

IDF aircraft retaliated for the attack by targeting “underground infrastructure and a naval installation” operated by the Islamist Hamas organization in the southern part of the Jihadist-plagued territory, as well as a military compound belonging to the terror group in the north.

It is important to note that Israel’s defense establishment holds the rogue Islamists responsible for the indiscriminate rocket fire and all other terror-related activities which emanate from the coastal enclave under their control.
